We are a Gujarat based group of Companies (A Vedanta Group) established in the year 1994. Over the last decade we have dealt in design, engineering, manufacture, inspection / testing, supply (indigenous as well as export) in the fields of Pressure Vessels, Reactors, Distillation Columns, Heat Exchangers, skid Package Units, Piping Spools, Structural Fabrication, Heavy Machining etc. We have also been involved in project site activities.

Dhruv EPC Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has been catering to key industry sectors like Oil & Gas, Refineries & Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Power & Energy, Steel, etc. We have gradually developed our expertise in fabrication of conventional and exotic materials, different types of static equipment, piping spools, skid mounted units, heavy engineering and machining. We have ISO, IBR accreditations and are in the process of getting ASME code stamping.

Dhruv EPC Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2010 at Manjusar GIDC Vadodara, Gujarat. The fabrication and machining shop floor has separate bays for ferrous and non-ferrous fabrication.

We implement best practices in our processes in order to offer best quality products and timely delivery. Our practices like lean management, single piece flow, first time right, etc. help us to produce high quality and cost effective products. All our processes are aligned to save time and this helps us to deliver wider variety of products much faster. We are data driven and quick decisions maker. We have been continuously installing advanced machineries and upgrading our experiences and this helps us to accomplish more complex & special jobs.

We possess capabilities for mechanical detailed designing using various software like PVElite, COMPRESS, AutoPIPE, HTRI etc. Our capabilities include supplemental analysis aids like FEA and CFD.  For project engineering demands in various disciplines like process, civil, electrical, instrumentation etc. we have tie up with leading engineering consultants.

We have executed jobs under most third party inspection agencies like LRS, BV, DNV etc and statutory agency IBR.
