Worked with Anup Engineering Ltd-Ahmadabad - Leading U stamp Static Equipments Manufacturing company from 1981 to 1988 for design/estimation/planning of static equipments like PV/HE/Columns/Explosive tankers. Subsequently promoted as HOD - Bellows Expansion joints Division having collaboration with Process Engineering Inc, USA (A member of EJMA,USA) and handled Design/estimation and Marketing successfully. This includes various critical applications e.g. import substitution for refineries and steel plants. The major approval initiative made was for EIL approval by offering destructive tastings to Four Engineers of EIL)
In 1994, as Proprietor, floated unit at Anand in the name of Precise Engineers and today successfully executes bellows expansion joints worth 15 Crores. This includes special achievements as far as size/pressure/temp/material/shape/repeat orders since last 10 years to various MNCs Like IR/DR/Atlas Copco/ ThyssenKrupp /Siemens/ Wartsilla/MAN etc and companies like L&T/Thermax etc.
In 2010, developed another unit at Manjusar GIDC, Vadodara to take care of small and medium packages on EPC Basis besides manufacturing of static equipments. In recent past developed orders for MNC companies like KNPC/PENTAIR/EMERSON/ATLAS COPCO and may others.

Long and exclusive experience of 24 years, under guidance of MD, of designing, estimation, production, quality assurance, purchase, client dealing, planning etc. Has established team of engineers in various fields for meeting customer needs.
Well versed with design of various types of bellows, dimensional inspection of various high-precision engineering components, quality documentation, development of new vendors and material control. Exhibited our products on National and International levels.
Has been responsible to successfully carryout cyclic life testing for FCCU bellows under TUV for MRPL project wherein EIL was consultant.
Cyclic life test carried out on Rubber Expansion Joint with both Axial / Lateral movement. This is rarely carried out by other leading manufacturers world over.
