Metallic Expansion Bellows Joint

Metallic Expansion joint is a device containing one or more metal bellows used to absorb movements in the system related to axial expansion/ contraction, lateral movement, torsional movement, any combination of tri-axial dimensional changes in system, thereby controlling the stress intensities in the system within acceptable limits. This could apply to any piping system, heat exchangers, serve as pulsation dampeners, to accommodate misalignments and flexible hose system.

Our product range includes 80 mm NB to 5000 mm NB for circular bellows and upto 9000 mm x 5000 mm rectangular bellows.

Design and Engineering of metallic bellows as per EJMA code and ASME Code requirements. Under special conditions FEA analysis can be carried out.
